Locked profiles are my way of allowing Free users to still be able to use publicly made profiles, while keeping the 1 profile limit.

 

So locked profiles are fully usable for playing sounds, you can change the volume, apply effects, all of that. But you cannot customize them, so you can't add sounds, edit images or names, and you can't reorganize them.
